The UNITED Administration is honored to stand on sacred and steady ground that has been lovingly built by the visionary leaders who came before us. In just seven years, under the remarkable leadership of The Fourteenth South Atlantic Regional Director, and Former President Dionne Norman, Former President Debra Sheehy, and Former President Jackie Kentish Greaves, our chapter has flourished in excellence, purpose, and unwavering love for all mankind. Their dedication strengthened our bonds of sisterhood and elevated our service to greater heights, and we are deeply grateful for the legacy they have created.

Today, Alpha Alpha Theta Omega stands at a pivotal and promising moment in our journey. As we honor our progress, we also recognize the areas where we are called to grow, innovate, and deepen the impact of our foundation, programming, and operations. This season presents powerful opportunities for renewed vision, creative solutions, and collective alignment as we move forward with clarity, intention, and unity.

I am profoundly inspired by what lies ahead for our chapter and for the communities we proudly serve across northern Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. Our partnership with A Legacy of Pearlfection Foundation, our philanthropic arm, remains central to this work. Through thoughtful collaboration, meaningful community partnerships, and aligned funding initiatives, the foundation strengthens our capacity to provide scholarships, expand service programming, and uplift families and communities in ways that reflect both compassion and excellence. By working hand in hand, the chapter and foundation advance a shared vision of sustained impact, educational empowerment, and long term community investment.

We will also remain intentional about nurturing the growth and sustainability of our chapter. We welcome transfer and new members who embody our ideals, and build systems grounded in transparency, stewardship, and grace. With strategic leadership and a united spirit, we will strengthen the foundation on which future generations of women leaders will stand.
